This programme is to enable Nigerian emerging young professionals attain global competitiveness by undergoing internships in foreign world-class companies. The ultimate goal is to evolve world-class African employees, entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs.

SME Apprenticeship Programme

This programme is an intervention to the high rate of SME causality in Africa . To reverse the trend, we place aspiring and evolving entrepreneurs with limited experience to undergo internships with world-class small businesses and social enterprises around the world. This provides them the opportunity of learning their best industry practices, market penetration, experiencing international work culture, and access international markets and mentors.

World Class Internship Programme

The programme compensates for the lack of requisite education and training African graduates require to becoming globally competitive in their careers. We place graduates with reputable international companies to undergo internships. At the completion of the programme, interns are certified as “World Class Employees”.
